#299 Notify customer about their abandoned cart

Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Hi Team,

Is there a way I could notify customers that they have forgotten some product(s) in their cart (abandoned cart)?

Something like "You have forgotten this item in your cart. Please click here to purchase"

Hi George,

we do have a reporting app for abandonned carts (https://www.j2commerce.com/extensions/reporting-plugins/abandoned-carts-basic). It looks like an automated abandoned cart recovery email plugin has been in the works before we took over the project, let me see if we can get our hands on it.
