The exported CSV file from "Reporting/Reports/Report-Sales" using Export Orders (single line) is missing a column of data and shifting the CSV file output 1 column to the left. The shift occurs after "transaction_id", billing_zone is displayed in the transaction_id column. An Image of screen shot where error occursis  attached. I have also attached the file in question. Inspecting the file in VS Code shows the data shifted,  column numbers of the headers and the data do not match?

File in question is attached.

I did not have an email for J2Commerce so the email in your Joomal account is fake?

The column shift occurs in Libre Office Calc, Google Sheets and with a Python App using Pandas.

Additional information. The "Store" J2Commerce APP is only visible logged in users on my site. I have not taken the Store feature/menu live at this time.

I edited the "Configuration" for Order and Item Report Fields in Report-Sales to only display selected fields. The export produces correct data placement in CSV file with the revised settings. The incorrect placement of fields, as noted previously, only occurs when "All" is selected in the Configuration screen.

A useful new feature in J2Commerce would be to allow a user to create custom reports that may be saved for future use.

Hello Greg,

I imported the csv file you provided into Excel and checked the csv file in a text file but there is no shift and no transaction id. Maybe you did attach the right file?

I have checked the code again and even analysed it further to check for potential shift of columns but I can't find the issue.

Please attach a file that fails. Thank you!

I am not sure I understand: I did not have an email for J2Commerce so the email in your Joomal account is fake?

Olivier.

Olivier:

I must have sent you a file that I had edited to correct the error. I have attasched a file that  does have the error in the data placement. I'm not sure if it matters but I do not have Excel to test the file, I use Libre Office Calc and also see the error in Google Sheets. This error appears to only occur when"all" fields are selected in the report configuration.

Hi Greg,

thanks for the file.

Please find attached a fix for the Report Sales add-on. Let me know that it fixed the issue.

Unzip the zip file then install the included zip.
