The remaining days are calculated incorrectly (see screenshot). Currently, 14 days are set.

I was going to say it depends if you include the weekends or not, but 360 is a bit much...
I will take another look as my initial tests always got the right number of days.

Ok, I forgot about a rule...
This is coming from the 'Extend if not informed' parameter in the plugin.
This setting implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive rule: if you haven't informed customers of their right to withdraw, the period extends to 12 months. Defaulting it is 'on'. So you should see it on past orders.
Set 'Extend if not informed' to 'No' for now should give the proper set of days. We are working on a fix.
