Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Hi Guys, I am sure I had this problem before, but not sure how you fixed it (maybe template overide).
Image thumbnails do not display in email template.
I have this issue on 2 sites currently
3dprintedstuff.co.za
and
mdfmodels.co.za
login details are generic for both.
attached is an email order example
Probably the overrides that do not reflects the changes made in Joomla 4 for images.
Can you please provide the firewall password? Thanks!

Hi Olivier, you can use the same password as login.
Thanks, that did not work for me at 3dprintedstuff.co.za.
So I tried mdfmodels.co.za, I noticed there was no firewall there.
The site is very slow though, almost impossible to navigate.
And yes, if you look through your old tickets, you will see one with the same problem.
We did not fix anything, the products that were not showing images were not properly setup.
I did not see anything in your overrides.
Please provide us with the password for the firewall, so we can check the other site. Thank you!
