I have created a completely new Joomla site running 6.1.1.  I have installed J2Commerce 6.3.2.

I have run the setup wizard, created a basic product and set up 2 GeoZones.

I have successfully set up a Standard Shipping Rule for Per Order - Flat Rate, a different rate for each of the two GeoZones.  This is successfully applied at checkout , the appropriate rate being used for each GeoZone depending on shipping address.

However, if I try to set up a Per Order - Weight shipping rule this just doesn't work at checkout.  My product has a weight defined and and the range set up in the Per Order - Weight shipping rule contains this weight, but no shipping charge is applied at checkout.

I don't know if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong.

Any help would be greatfully received.

Thank you for the quick response.

I have made the changes you suggested.  The Checkout Form does look a lot better, but even now that I am registering accounts with a UK delivery address the Shipping cost still isn't being applied.

I have set the the shipping rule to use the Shipping Address for Geo Zone matching.  If I leave the tick box for "My shipping and billing addresses are the same" as ticked then the Shipping address is blank when I look at the order that is generated in the back-end, and was wondering if that was what was causing the issue?

But even when I uncheck it and add a Shipping address based in the UK the Shipping charge is just not being applied.

Any more help would be greatly appreciated.
