Is there a way of making the easy checkout with the order summary on the same page work so that when you select the payment method, PayPal, Stripe, etc., it automatically scrolls down to the order summary?

My client has had a few instances where customers say that the payment is not working, where infact it is

What I believe is happening is when they choose a payment method, accept the terms and conditions, and press continue, they are not seeing the order summary and have to manually scroll down 

So they are abandoning the cart, saying it is not working

I am using J2store v 4.0.20 PRO, not  ver 6, and it does not scroll down all the way, all you can see is the title Order Summary

i think there seems to be two, one for the administrator and another one

OK, I just updated Easycheckout to version 4.1.3

Now, when you go to checkout, there is no button to checkout, and the note field seems to have collapsed

I am going to have to roll this back as it is not working

Yes, you did correct this issue for me on a test site already. It was a JavaScript conflict issue. 

I just installed the backup copy of that site

Which files do I copy over from the test site to the live one for it to work

I can't copy over the whole site, as it will overwrite the orders on the system

Hi Olivier,

Thanks for that, that sorted the issue. Also, I had some CSS overrides in the Yootheme Builder that were causing the issue as well

All seems to be working as expected now
