Hello Bjorn,
all extensions for J2Commerce v6 need(ed) a complete rewrite. Many extensions have already been converted, many are still in the works (well, we have about 200 extensions to take care of, so you can see it cannot be done overnight).
We will be making extensions available soon.
Note that the ones you are missing are pretty much ready, so it won't be long until you can try them out :-)
