I would like to ask whether J2Store/2commerce product compatibility with PHP 8.4 is planned or already in progress.
If yes, could you please share an approximate timeline or current status?

Thanks for reaching out. We are definitely compatible with 8.4 as I have almost 40 client sites that are running on 8.4 and we are testing 8.5 to make sure we are good as well.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for the clarification — that’s good to know regarding PHP 8.4 compatibility.
From our side, we can confirm that the core J2Store component itself works correctly on PHP 8.4. However, we are encountering an issue specifically with the Request Quote / Email Cart functionality.
The problem is that the request process starts (loading/spinner runs), but the email is not sent to the administrator, and the process eventually stops without any visible error.
Could you please advise whether this is a known issue, and if there is a fix or workaround available?
If needed, we can provide logs, PHP error output, or test results.

Thanks for the feedback. Since the issue with the Request Quote app is totally separate from the original ticket topic, please create a new ticket with Request Quote / Email Cart in the title. This will also help with others who may encounter the same issue and need help.
