My use case is that payment is taken when the buyer attends a training session in person as so I am using the Cash on Delivery plugin to support this as it seems to fit best.

I am using the text "Pay Cash at First Session" in the Payment Option Title field, of the plugin and this value this is correctly displayed in the Checkout page (good) but in the EMail template, the [PAYMENT_TYPE] variable displays the plugin TITLE of Cash on Delivery which is confusing my end user and their customer!

How can I tweak things to ensure the text field value of the "Payment Option Title" is applied to the EMail Template?

I found two Constant Keys that include "PAYMENT_CASH" in the Language Override > Administrator location. I changed both to "Pay Cash at First Session" but sadly the Email Template still presents "Cash on Delivery".

Further ideas welcome!
