Hello Mark,
you are all good with the plugins you have selected, they are all compatible. Some core plugins (installed with the main extension) are still showing versions numbers lower than 4, which we will take care in 4.1.0.
As far as the 403 is concerned: there is no error when NO wishlist menu exists. The URL is not properly created, it accesses the component URL directly, which forces a 403 error. I have yet to find why the router does not work as expected. Head scratcher here...
I have found another issue though: the link to the wishlist was not working in the user menu. I have fixed that issue.
