Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Hi,
I have my backend language set to German.
When I try to save a coupon code with a date field, I get an error: "Call to a member function format() on false"
When I change the backend language to English, I can save the coupon code successfully also with a date.

I could not reproduce the issue. If possible, could you turn on debug and let us know about the error trace?
And were you using the German language pack that you can download from our site? Are you on 4.0.19?

It is only when there is a date.
it does not matter, if the discount is new or I try to save an old one.

But still, with the latest langage pack, I have the same error.
The date field in the prices can be saved. but that looks like in a different format.
The error is only with the discounts.
Do you need access to a dev-site?
Yes, if you could give us access, because I have tried to reproduce the error on our test sites, and I could not.
