I do think I did find a bug in Report sales 4.2.0
I did create a report resulting in more than 100 items. When I export the result as ‘Export Orders (single line)’ only the first 100 are exported, the next where not. I did solve it by creating two reports and exported them, so I am not in a hurry.

Hello Martijn,
I tested the report sales export on a client site and was able to export 308 orders at once.
What was the total count before you clicked on 'export'? Did you apply a filter before clicking on ‘Export Orders (single line)’ ?

It is the number of lines displayed on one screen (have a look at the attachment). I did see two pages and did think this is OK and thought everything (included the second page) would be exported. Default is 100 in this installation. This is confusing.
