I've selected Bank Transfer as payment option, but when I click Place Order an error occurs: Error processing payment. Ideal appears to be working.

Sorry for the delay, we somehow missed your ticket. I am trying to login to the administrator area but it's not brining me to the login screen, can you update the ticket (in the website credentials area with the url to the administrator login page? I'll get you sorted out as soon as I can see what is going on...

Hi Adam,
It is not urgent, in fact I don't want to use Bank Transfer, but discovered the problem because I set it for testing purposes, as my final payment is Ideal and that's more complicated to use when testing. Tested credentials and the work on my end, so don't know what's wrong on your end.
Maybe you added /webshop (which is frontend url) at the end in stead of /administrator?
