On one checkout page, we need to display fields that don't appeaar on any other checkout page - actually this field is related to a product, but these fields need to be included in the notification email (which also wants a notification on this one product). The inspector shows easycheckout always has the same id so I'm open to suggestions has to how to accomplish this. I can use a mail forwarder to handle the additional email - but controlling the fields when this one product appears in checkout baffles me. Will the advanced checkout give me control in this regard? Or one of your other apps? (It can be a paid app - I'm happy to contribute to ongoing development.)

I previously submitted a presales ticket under the name Boss (I didn't mean that to be my display name!) - I foillowed your directions and J2Commerce sprang to life better than ever. This also means I can restore a broken J2Store shopping cart I was using previously - yay! 

The checkout page is where you would normally add "is this a gift?" and "may we use your name"?

But to get those on the email I think I need to add the custom fields to the email template, which right now is blank. I imagine I need to repopulate and then adjust configuration?

(There's no field here for adding secure information so I will send an email.)

Getting there - the radio button response isn't shown, so apparently the field only reports if 'yes' is checked? We didn't get a field at all on 'may we use your name?' (The 'please use..." is from the comment field)

I can make a workaround or two to squeeze by.

I have moved the field into billing as suggested and now the information is included in the notification - there is still no break between the label and the submission in the text area, which should start a new row.

The 'error' I had been seeing won't reveal itself until someone purchases the product - I've spent enough $1 coupon price copies of this for now! If the formatting issue remains, I'll open a new ticket or ask which file I need to override. Closing for now. left a JED review of *****
