Hi Graeme,
the screenshot you sent looks like it is the view of an order in the Joomla console. There is not supposed to be an image there.

Hi Olivier
This is in the J2commerce edit invoice, you will notice there is an image on the one item, but not on the other, using the print option from orders / sales also has the image missing.
