#520 Search results (finder) with double entries

Hi,

I am on Joomla 5.4 with the latest J2Commerce 4.0.18

In my smart search results I have all articles/products double.

  • one with the Joomla link without SEF url
    https://mydomain.at/?view=article&id=13:buerokaufmann-frau-fachinhalte-fuer-die-kaufmaennische-lehrabschlusspruefung&catid=11&highlight=WyJsZWhyYnVjaCJd
  • one with the correct product link
    https://mydomain.at/shop/lehrbuecher/buerokaufmann-frau-fachinhalte-fuer-die-kaufmaennische-lehrabschlusspruefung?highlight=WyJsZWhyYnVjaCJd

How can I prevent that?

Sigrid,

I usually control that in the Smart Search filters by making sure the J2 categories show and the Article categories that contain products do not show. There are users that use the article pages instead of the J2 menu items for their websites so enabling the h2 smart search plugin could create double links for products if not handled in the Smart Search filters...

If you are still having trouble, update the ticket with the site info and I can take a look for you.
