Because we only use this single PayPal plug-in for our payment method—and because we are experiencing issues with the checkout process using PayPal—some of our customers are paying us directly. I can also manually create orders on the system for these customers. I'm finding that when I use the New > Create/Edit Order page, It's all a bit hit and miss.
Sometimes I can't get past the first page, other times I can get right through to the item page, however, if I enter a known SKU into the field, nothing happens.
Developer console shows:

In the absence of this working form page (which I realise is in beta), are there any instructions you can provide whereby I can add sale orders using PHPMyAdmin and SQL inserts?
