Help with J2 store

Good day   I am hoping that you are able to assist me.I have a website running J2 store and am battling with the cart layout once an order has been place. I understand that the J2store support is no longer available and am thus reaching out to you. The input fields on the checkout form are not lined up and I have tried solving it without success. Are you able to assist me?

Hi Sharon,

what is the URL of your site? I can take a quick look at the checkout page.

If you are still under Joomla 3, I would urge you to move to Joomla 4, as a store on a platform that is no longer updated with security fixes is no longer safe. We have eased the migration to Joomla 4 and unless there are specifics to your site, you should be able to upgrade fairly easily.
