Hello .. I use Easy Checkout in my store .. and I want to delete customer information such as address, name, phone number, country and city .. because all purchases are for pre-specified customers and I will create memberships for them

That sounds like something you may need a custom plugin for as the core extension doesn't have the ability to do that (and this is the first time we've had a request for that feature).
