Hello, you should add Brussels-Capital Region (Brussels) to Belgium provinces. In the meantime, can I add it myself somehow so that I can allow the customer who reported the problem to proceed?

I added it, but I don't see it in the frontend. Maybe I need to add it to the Italian translation?
