Hello Graeme,

I am looking into it. Thank you for the report.

Olivier.

Graeme,

I would like to see your configuration in the backend.

However, I need an extra password to access the console. Can you provide it to us?

You can edit the ticket and add the password to the password field, something like:

password1 / password2

The ticket is public but the credential fields are not visible to anybody else than you and the support team.

The fontawesome issue has been fixed internally.

Olivier.

Thanks Olivier, I have disabled the extra login step.

Olivier Buisard Staff

Thanks, I still have the extra step though... I think coming from RSFirewall.

Strange that, I cannot even access admin now? I will start again an connect with you if the problem persists.

Olivier Buisard Staff

Ok, thanks! Let me know :-)

Hi Olivier

I have re-upgraded to joomla 4, removed RS Firewall password.
Please see how the drop down options work on https://watercombefarm.co.za/joom_4/shop

Feel free to attempt the upgrade of J2 Commerce, I have a backup.

I do not see any credential fields

Thank you!

I was trying the login to work on it tomorrow, but it turns out, even though I can access the administrator panel now, that the credentials you provided do not work.

I either missed or did not get your reply, the password has been updated, so you should be able to log in now

Olivier Buisard Staff

Thank you! I can now investigate :-)

All right, I realised your site is using J2Commerce v4.0.5. We are a long way from that now, I installed v4.0.17.1, a patched version of v4.0.17 to see if the problem remains.

I have also disabled an old version of the f0f library which created conflicts and enabled the J2Store content and installer plugins.

The site seems to function properly now, please let me know.

Olivier.
