Orders that are given status 'pending' (eg bank transfer payment option) are marked 'cancelled' and an email, with the order shown as cancelled, is sent at 0.01 BST the next day. I have recently had contact from a bemused customer (see attached)- I'm surprised that this is the first one, since it happens often

Pete,
I have tried to login on the backend and I was wondering if the administrator view needs an additional parameter (as I am unable to access that page to login)? If so, can you update the website url that we can only see with the administrator login link so I can check out what's going on?
