installing the latest J2Commerce installer (com_j2store_v4-4.0.16-pro), I get this error:
Content encoding error
The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.
Contact the website owner to inform them of the problem.
how can I fix it?

is this happening in the administrator console or in the frontend? In what page(s) do you get this error?

Hi Olivier, in administration.
If it is all of the administration, this is probably related to the module that handles the extension's menu.
If you can accesss the database, try and disable the module mod_j2store_menu from the database extensions table.
