I recently completed upgrading a website from J2Store on Joomla 3 to j2commerce on Joomla 5. Everything is working fine except for an issue I encountered with menu items set to display a product list view.
When enabling the “Cross sells (Related Items)” option under the product options tab, the product page throws a 404 error with the message: COM_CONTENT_ERROR_ARTICLE_NOT_FOUND.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

There are multiple items to consider when migrating from Joomla 3 (J2) to Joomla 4/5 (J2) - the new template is currently using Bootstrap 5, but the menu items are set to use the older Bootstrap 3 sub-templates (at least the tiempo one I looked at was). This was why products in that menu item did not have working tabs (using older Bootstrap parameters). If you could let me know which product you have that issue with and how I can replicate it on your site, I can take a look to see what is going on with that. I would guess that it is probably trying to use the older Bootstrap 3 template to load the article info for the product (or it's trying to load a product from the previous site that is not connected to an article properly - but without seeing the product that is throwing the error, it's hard for me to help...

I'm currently using the Helix Ultimate template from JoomShaper, but taking advantage of some of the old overrides we had in Joomla 3 with the Arino template, also by JoomShaper. It's very likely that this is part of the issue.
The specific product I'm having trouble with is this one:

It already uses the override file view_simple.php adapted for Bootstrap 5. However, when I enable the Cross sells (Related Items) option in the corresponding menu item, I still get a 404 error.
Interestingly, when I assign the same related products as Up sells (Related Items), there is no error and the page loads fine—but the related items do not display at all, even though they are configured.
For reference, here is the same product on the Joomla 3 version of the site, using the old override:
