Hi,
I use J2store on my website. I have enabled Stripe for payment. When users place orders, they get the error "J2STORE_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED". How can I fix this, please?

Hello Slixis,
is that a J2Store 3 site? I am asking because I have not seen any order under this account on our site. Stripe payments evolved and you may just be running an outdated payment plugin.

I have Joomla version 3.10.9 and I'm using J2store v3.3.20 PRO.
I purchased the component when J2Store was a company. The site now redirects to your J2commerce website.
If Stripe has evolved and you have the new plugin, I'd like to purchase it, please.

we did update the plugin for Joomla 4 and 5 and it is available on our site.
We provide users with a simple and cost-free path to migrate to Joomla 4 or 5, which constitutes the full extent of the support we offer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide assistance for Joomla 3, as it is both outdated and no longer supported with security updates.
If/when you migrate, you can count on our help.

Just make sure we already offer all the add-ons you need. If you miss some, let us know.
Most add-ons are still free, but they soon will be converted to paid licenses, unless stated otherwise.
So it has never been a better time to migrate :-)
