Hi,

I am using OSMap Pro for my siteindex. It works fine, but when I put on the plugin

OSMap - J2Store Plugin -

1.3.2 2016-09-01 Alagesan

I get an error;

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. <error> <code>0</code> <message>Class "JEventDispatcher" not found</message> </error>   Can you help me arround this?   Kind regards, Hein

Olivier

Hello Hein,

it looks like it is an outdated version of the J2Store plugin.

What is the site's Joomla version? If it is Joomla 5, do you have the backward compatibility plugin enabled?

We do have version 4.1 of the plugin ready, but is not yet available through our store.

Olivier.

Hi, thanks for your replay,

Yes the (staging) site is updatet to J5. And this is the only issue. You are right that this plugin must be out-datet.

So if I can test this version 4.1 for you, I'm glad to do so. But since I am still in testing fase I can also wait for the new version to release. Date known?

Kind regards, Hein

Hein,

We are in the process of adding this (hopefully by the end of our day EST) so check back on it in the morning when you wake up :)

Hi, I think I missed something, but I can't find this update, or it this something JoomlaShack should follow up?

Kind regards, Hein

Olivier

Hein, the plugin is now available at https://www.j2commerce.com/extensions/apps/osmap-integration.

We aplogize about the delay.

Hi Oliver, you are the best.

Plugin installed, so far no problems.

HTML index is working

XML index shows 0 results.

Hi Oliver, could you find the problem with osmap plugin?

Kind regards, Hein

Olivier

Hello Hein,

I just checked

https://www.joomlashack.com/docs/osmap/no-urls-in-xml-sitemap/

It seems like what you were missing was:

In System → Global Configuration → Metadata Settings, set the Robots parameter to

index, follow

instead of

noindex, nofollow.

This change allows the XML sitemap to be created.

As far as images are concerned, OSMap Pro only indexes intro or full article images and I don't see any indexing done in the J2Commerce OSMap plugin. So this is probably missing and we have to figure out what needs to be done to account for images.

OMG how stupid I feel now. Because this is a staging website I tunred that weeks ago off....

Thank you so much.

Something else; When do you start with the paid version?

Kind regards, Hein

Olivier

No worries Hein.

I have added the support of the main product images in the plugin for now.
