Hi team,
I have set a product as out of stock in the inventory but the add to cart and the price is still shown in the storefront.
Am I missing something?

Yes of course.
And Manage Stock to yes.
Front end Language is in Greek if it affects somehow

Inventory was not enabled in the main settings.
Please consider this as fixed.
