Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Every new order contains additional text inside customer note which is not input by the customer.
It seems to be a text input by myself but I don't find the place to remove that text.
The additional text is a variant of my text from bank transfer configuration but with different html tags.
Do you have any idea where this additional text comes from?

you should be able to edit/remove the text when editing individual orders.
Some payment plugins add information into the customer notes. That is why you may get information that has not be filled by the customer.
You have the option to hide customer notes from the checkout process ('cart' tab from the configuration setup).

thank you for your response. With your information i located the reason in file
/plugins/j2store/payment_banktransfer/payment_banktransfer.php
I think there should be a switch to activate/deactive the automatic text from "bank information" to "Customer note" in line 198 of this code
