Hi,
I've triple-checked the setup and can't workout why a Gift Voucher product isn't showing up for a menu item set to show the Gift Voucher category.
I've added site info to the private data, where the link to the Gift Voucher category is as well.
Thoughts welcome :)

I just spent a good amount of time banging around in there and I am wondering is this one of the Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 migrations or is this a clean joomla 4 site?

Yeah, that's exactly the one :)
I did realise I set J2Commerce to catalog mode, though this didn't stop the Gift Voucher showing, as it wasn't showing before - I had old products which need to be articles now, but realised this was the quick but wrong solution.
I tried a new Gift Voucher product and that didn't show either.

I did several tests including creating a new gift certificate simple product and I was able to throw an error that as I type this out may have just given me an idea. I believe the issue is due to db fields not set properly for Joomla 4/5 settings.
When a site's been properly updated to Joomla four or five, these database updates are usually done correctly. However, what may have slipped through the cracks is when a plug-in adds additional fields or database tables where the installation of that plug-in wasn't updated to adjust those new database fields properly, which is what I think is going on here since the gift certificate plug-in does add a new database table.
Is this the latest version of the gift certificate extension or is this the first one that we sent you the link to download when it came out?
I believe in the latest update it did account for those database changes. So if you could download the latest version, install it and see if that fixes it it would be great. Otherwise I will take a backup of this so I can look at the database tables myself and make sure that they are all set properly.

Hello Chris,
there is an extra column in the variants table called 'campaign_variant_id' that is preventing all new products to be properly saved.
This column is not in any of the extensions we have moved to Joomla 4 so far so I don't know where it is coming from.
The column can safely be droped as it does not contain any information.
Products with ids 62, 63 and 64 should pobably be re-created by hand after removal of the column.
