When I search for updates, I've been getting the error lately that it couldn't open the update site related to Bootstrap 3, 4 and 5.

Hello Jesus,
this is temporary, the problem is going to be resolved soon. This is not an error and does not affect your site as those apps are automatically updated when you update J2Commerce. Note that soon we will de-couple the Bootstrap 3 and 4 apps from the core extension, and only then you will have to update those apps if you use them. Or disable or remove them if you don't.
