When an administrator creates a new order in the back end - there is no option to add a partial payment option to it? Is this correct?

appreciate that - only an issue cos of probs in #1121 - where partial payment and orders dont align and there is no way to correct them - all detailed in other ticket
Actually - im closing the ticket as the PP is allocated to the product, so if you add the product in the back end it automatically adds the PP criteria - as far as i can see
