I need assistance with the product options display.
The option groups currently load collapsed and require the customer to click to expand them. I would like these option groups to load expanded by default.
Please advise.

Hello Oscar,
you should have an option, depending on how you are getting your products from (shortcodes, menu item...).
If you are in a menu item for a category list, for instance, you can use the parameter: 'Collapsed options' in the Category section.
What is your use case?

In that case, we will need to create an override so that we remove the collapsible artifact.
Could you edit this ticket and add your login credentials? They won't be visible to others but only by the support team.

we realize this is something we should have as a parameter for shortcodes in the J2Commerce content plugin.
We are working to add this functionality. It will be included in the next release.
