Hi there, Adam and Olivier.
I've noticed on a couple of my websites, which are running Joomla 5 with the latest version of J2Commerce V4 4.1.11, that the checkout pages fail to load properly. A little investigation led me to rename the override folder in /templates/mytemplates/html/com_j2store to be /templates/mytemplates/html/_com_j2store
This fixed the problem for me, but it's worrying that it's happened at all.
Can you explain the situation?

Chris,
Without looking at the template overrides themselves, I wouldn't be able to tell you specificially, but with the updated security tokens that were added to many of the various front end files, I would guess that is the issue.
The core checkout file(s) have been properly updated but your template overrides have not. You can also use the Joomla override review to see what is different between the two files. Olivier has been handling more of the version 4 items so he would probably be able to tell you more in detail. (He is currently traveling to the Joomla World Conference)
