I am trying to get the Shippo extension working. This error occurs when I click Continue after the shipping address fields on Checkout. It appears to refer to a missing database field. See image. Using J2commerce v6.6.5

I found the issue and it will be available in the next release of the extension. Since this week is a little crazy as our team travels to Berlin for the world conference, I am also emailing you a fixed copy so you don't have to wait for the release to start using it.

Adam, during testing, the checkout displays all the shipping options and updates the total correctly, and I can complete the order. BUT, when I go to orders on the backend and click to open the order I get the attached error.
Adam, check your email for another report.
