Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.
Trying to setup "Standard Shipping" as a flat rate per order with shipping only to the United States. I incorrectly thought I needed a seperate GeoZone for Rhode Island to enable state sales tax. Now I can not create any Shipping Rate, though the component says it was succesful. I deleted several attempts in order to try to get this correct.

I went to your site and I can see 6 standard rates.
I tried to add one, it did not show the new one, although it said it was saved.
I left the rates, came back to the page, no sign of the new one.
I logged out, logged back in, and the rate was there.
Same behavior with deletions.
So I went to my test site to see if I was getting the same behavior, but I don't. It works properly there.
I can see how I can prevent this behavior through code (although I will need to test a patch on your site so make sure that fixes it), but I wanted to ask you if you actually cache the site through services like Cloudflare, or any sort of caching through the host?
