Razorpay plugin compatibility with J2Commerce 6 / Joomla 6

Hello J2Commerce Support,

I purchased the Razorpay payment plugin from the J2Commerce store. My current website is running:

  • Joomla 6.1.4
  • J2Commerce 6.x

However, my account only provides Razorpay version 4.0.0, which is listed for J2Commerce 4.x / Joomla 4.x–5.x.

The plugin cannot be installed on my J2Commerce 6 installation and reports:

“J2Commerce not found. Please install J2Commerce before installing this plugin.”

Could you please provide the J2Commerce 6 / Joomla 6 compatible Razorpay plugin under my existing purchase/license, or advise how I can upgrade my Razorpay extension?

Thanks for reaching out. We can help provide a J2Commerce 6 / Joomla 6 plugin for Razorpay however we would need access to a sandbox account to make sure the integration is tested and working properly. 

Instructions found in the link below provide step by step instructions on how to obtain sandbox api keys from your account. Once you obtain them, please don't post in this ticket - rather email them to support@j2commerce.com with the title Razorpay Test Credentials in the subject line.

Once we have the test credentials, it shouldn't take more than a couple of days (or sooner) to have it ready and tested for J2Commerce 6.
