All Product Images are Square - Rectangular is Required

Hi there

As the title says all the images are showing as square, but they need to be rectangular. When an upright (portrait) rectangular image is uploaded J2Commerce crops the top and bottom and centers the image in a square frame. I can change the width, lets say to 275px but it also makes the height 275px rather than letting the height be whatever it needs to be, for example 350px.

This is happening on the category listing pages, the product pages and it also affects the additional images on the product page.

This was not an issue with J2Store and J2Commerce v4. Maybe I am missing a setting?

Thanks for the quick reply and sorry for my slow response.

I have looked at the settings you mentioned. As a test I changed all image sizes to 640x480, this included thumbnails and tiny image sizes. 'maintain aspect ratio' is toggled to yes. I then regenerated. This had no effect, the images were still showing as square.

So next I left the image settings as 640x480 and totally deleted the product images in the media directory /images folder. I cleared caches etc. I uploaded new photos but again they are still showing square.
