Hello,

I'm building an online store with J2Commerce 6 on Joomla 6, and I will be selling exclusively to specific areas within the Peloponnese region of Greece (e.g. only certain towns/postal codes within the Arkadia regional unit — not the entire regional unit).

Question: Do the Zones/Geozones system or the Shipping Methods support restriction at postal code or town/city level, or is the smallest available unit the "Zone" level (i.e. regional unit/prefecture)?

If this isn't natively supported, is there an official or recommended extension/plugin to achieve shipping/sales restriction by postal code?

This is what you are looking for:

It allows you to create custom restrictions that can include the geozones + local postal codes that can be applied for specific products or entire categories. If somebody froom outside those areas tries to checkout, they will see a message that they have items in the cart that cannot be shipped to their address. This gives you the ability to still sell gift cards or other items to shoppers outside the shipping region without it being "all or nothing".
