I would like to see the path to digital goods treated in the same way as articles and images, i.e. via the media manager.
The path for storing digital goods is configurable, but rigid. I know that the code is a legacy from one of the first versions of J2Store, and therefore quite old. I ran into this when I wanted to use J2Store as a marketplace. With the right extensions, I can give users (sellers) exclusive access to a specific folder, provided that media manager is applicable. With the all kind of Joomla settings and configurations and two 3th party extensions, I was able to create a marketplace, except for digital goods...
