Improve Search include typing in a parameter

This is a public ticket

Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

To be able to mnaully searc the ticket sysem for public tickets would go along way to help clients who may have similar isses and maybe reduce tickets. I certaihly would use it.
