A nice feature woudl be able to move crated tabs, rather than the static postion baed on initla creation. I create anew product tab and was expection to manually repostion so it's the 2nd tab. In order to do that I need to recreat the enire tab ordering.

I suppose you are talking about the Custom Tabs plugin.
We agree, being able to sort the tabs should be a given. We are noting it as a necessary improvement for the next update.
