I purchased the Advanced Cart. I’m trying to configure it, but I’m having some issues.

Once installed, if I try to create the module, I can’t assign it to the j2c-checkout-sidebar position because that position does not exist in my template and I can’t find it anywhere.

I’m also not sure whether I should connect the module to the standard checkout or to Easy Checkout.

Could you please check where I’m going wrong?

Another question: today I’m starting the real tests.

Once an order is placed, I can generate the shipping label, print it, apply it to the package and request pickup from the courier.

Later, the courier will provide me with the tracking number. If I enter it in the order page, what happens? Will the system automatically send an email with the tracking information to the customer?

Do you have a guide on how to generate multiple emails to the customer based on the order status and all the actions performed on the order?

Hello Oliver,

I found a few bugs:

When I enter an address, if I select Italy as the country, the next dropdown shows U.S. states instead of Italian provinces/regions. Because of this, customers cannot register correctly.

Another issue concerns shipping: when I try to place an order, the system does not calculate the DHL shipping costs, so I cannot properly test the checkout and shipping process.

Could you please check these issues?
