go to https://www.j2commerce.com/download and go through the ordering process. 

In your account, you can find the extension to download.

You can also directly install J2Commerce from your Joomla console's extension directory.

I can see the J2Commerce 4.0.19 extension in your account.

Go to 'My Account'. In that section, below the license ID, there is the section 'My Downloads' for free extensions.

J2Commerce is downloadable from there.

Paid extensions are following a subscription process and can be found under the 'My Downloads' tab.

There are 2 download sections as you can see and the first one will be removed once all products are available as subscriptions (free or paid). This can be confusing but bear with us while we are moving all extensions to subscriptions.
