What payment processor do you wish to use for credit/debit cards?

Depending on where you are located, there is probably going to be a payment processor that we already provide a payment plugin for.

When it comes to receiving money from a credit card into the store owner's bank account, the process is usually:

Merchant Account > Payment Gateway > Bank Account

Most merchant accounts also provide the payment gateway (but many allow you use a different one if you find one you prefer).

So you would need a Merchant Account (at the most basic level - something like Stripe, PayPal, Square) or you could check with your bank to see if they offer merchant services (credit card processing). If they do, then find out if they can provide you the list of Payment Gateways they use and chances are , we probably already have a payment plugin that already works with them.)
