A European ecommerce store ships worldwide but only needs explicit data-processing consent from EU customers. One terms item, restricted to the EU geozone, shows a soft link disclosure only to shoppers whose address falls inside it. Everyone else checks out without ever seeing a disclosure that was never legally theirs to read.
