A Callback Handler That Actually Defends Your Orders

When CCAvenue confirms a payment, it sends an encrypted callback. Most payment plugins decrypt it and move on. This one goes further: it cross-validates the order ID inside the encrypted payload, cross-validates the amount, and checks whether the order is already in a confirmed state before updating anything.
