After installing v6.6.2, Read More and Hide Intro Text in the full article view are not respected. The full article is shown in category view, and the intro text appears in the full article view. Please correct this! After installing v6.6.1, everything works as expected.

Are you using the | detail shortcode ? If so then what happened is that was finally fixed - earlier versions like 6.6.1 that appear to be the fixed versions are because it was broken and not displaying the content. In any event, the "fixed" version still needs to work properly so working on it now.
