The OOTB configuration does not populate the shipping address unless this is different to the billing address.
The email templates respect this - showing the billing address and only showing the shipping address if it exists.
the print templates - e.g. the packing slip template - do not. They assume that thjere will be a ship[ping address.
Not a huge problem but it should be fixed.
